for real. ive gone to this restaurant my whole life i mean i live here. people stop being so close minded!! it IS a dirty place and the decor is extremely outdated. my grandfather likes, but well hes a farmer so he likes the kinda places where he doesnt have to look normal and get away with it. update the look and the people will come with it! in the next 10 years all the clientele die off and then there will be no restaurant. and the waitresses and waiters are fine, but it could be a little better.

okay, its 9.30.12 and i went in today and got buscuits and gravy to try. Ate a buscuit and stated to discover the sausage was pink. There was no mistake most of it was like that and i am not going back EVER.

dirty place. Stopped one afternoon for a quick bite to eat. while waiting for my food I noticed a roach near the kitchen area that was large enough to carry my plate away! Some of locals said that it was a pretty common sighting to see roaches in the oaks! At that point i walked out.

Great Food, Great Prices. I don't know why these other users have rated this restaraunt so poorly...they must be the truck drivers that cannot find the lot lizards in the parking lot! Sherwood Oaks is by far the best little diner in Morris. They have a huge selection of food for a great price and the servings are enormous! Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a light snack and/or dessert. Waitstaff has ALWAYS been friendly and the cooks are knowledgeable. I'd sure reccommend this place befpre the crappy Applebees in town!!

I will not be back!. This is one of the cheapest restaurants in Morris. I have seen the owner be very disrespectful and sexually harass multiple waitresses. I have stopped going there because of this.

Really Good. The service sometimes may not be good. But after all it is great! Everyone is nice everything has been cleaned up. The food is great. I recommend it

bad service. My boyfriend and I went there for the all you can eat fish and shrimp night we was seated right away but the waitress forgot about us it took forever to place our order we got it and finished eating and waited for her to come get our plates we wanted another order another waiotress took our plates after we got her attention and we told her we wanted another order.We sat for about 20 minutes never got our food and ended up leaving. The shrimp was crispy and so was the fish from being cooked to long I will never go back there or recommend it to other people

Best breakfast steak in town. Sherwood Oaks has the best breakfast steak in town for the price. It is as big as the dinner steak and is cooked to perfection. If you order the N.Y strip and eggs , you wil not walk away hungry. You probably won't be able to eat dinner if you finish it all.

The owner is almost always there and does some of the cooking as well. He always has a smile and says hi . The staff is almost like they are your friends if you go there more than once . For lunch on Sunday I would recommend their cream of chicken rice soup . They have excellent Greek skirt-steak and salad. Gotta go getting hungry I think I will head on over to Sherwood Oaks.
