the a-hole manager of this branch talks down to you like he knows everything and you're just some stupid ignoramus that he can rip off. obviously to him customers are dispensable because he'll belittle you in speech whilst he hits you with extra fees and plunders you of your hard earned money. this branch of north community is a money grubbing business that obviously doesn't have their customers' best interests in mind. my advice: bank elsewhere.

I've enjoyed the service that I get at this bank. At other banks, I felt like I was getting scammed with all fees, but here everything seems very reasonable. Customer service is friendly and transactions are smooth. Convenient locations. Overall, I'm very happy here.
Pros: Convenient, Reasonable fees, Open Saturday
