GOING THAT EXTRA STEP.. My family and I had dinner at al's the other night. We where sitting in one of the coner booths. I had my 3 year old son with us and he was just acting up no matter what I tried to do too make him just relax. The waiter must have seen me trying to make my son happy that he walked over to us and started talking to my son which got my sons attention. The waiter brought over some more crayons and they started to draw. I thanked the waiter for all his help and he said dont worry I was just helping out family.....what a great place and I will always remember that kind waiter. The people at Al's really do go out of there way to make you feel at home and like your family.

Great Food. Great Italian and American Food

I have been going to Al's for many years and the food has been just as good as when I placed my first order. I just love the pizza and especially when I go there to have it with my kids and family. I have NEVER had a pizza that tastes as good as Al's does when it comes directly out of there oven and brought to my table.

However, besides the great pizza there are many other dishes that are just as good as the pizza. All the steaks are great and you can't go wrong with the chicken Sebastian style. The pasta is to die for at Al's they have many different kinds and ways to prepare it for you. I think its a matter of just opinion. I like vodka sauce the best and I also just love the rigatoni.

As for seafoods they have the best Salmon I have ever had in my life bar none! The shrimp is also out of this world! One more thing to say about the steaks: Try the Filet Steak Sandwich on Garlic Bread and You will not be disapointed!

Well, thats my review of Al's Pizza in Cicero!

Just a great place to go and get some great food and drink. One more thing if you are a wine lover as I am. Try the Fortissimo red wine with your pasta or steak!!!

Pros: All the food is Fresh and great size for your serving!

was there the other day. what a joke i think my waitress was on drugs. the ppl. near me found a roach on there pizza. the healh dept. has been informed.

From a former customer of 40 years!. I use to love Al's in Cicero and have been going there for 40 years since I was a little kid. Its changed and not in a good way. First off, we went there for a family dinner with four people and we used a Restaurant . com gift certificate. Because we used the certificate they added a 23% gratuity to the bill - a bit ridiculous! Since I had been going there for so long, I decided to forgive the new owners for this screw up and try again. Went there to buy a gift card and there is a sign on the door that they no longer accept Restaurant . com gift certificates. Perhaps understandable, but why are they still selling gift certificates on Restaurant . com? A bit deceptive! The very last straw was when I tried to redeem my coupons for buying 20 pizzas for a free large. I wanted to upgrade to a larger pizza and pay the difference, just take off the cost of the free large (I've done this many times remember I am a customer for many, many years) and they refused! I was willing to pay the difference, delivery charge and gratuity and they said no. Well, I will go and pick up my free pizza sometime in the future and never spend another penny there again! New owners (RIP Grandma) and lousy customer service. They still have good pizza just really bad attitude and service.

Great pizza. Everytime I order the pizza and stuffed Mushroom's I can not complain.....I always take it to go or have it delivered....dining indoor is not what you would expect but it tastes great....especially comp[ared to a lot of places in the area best bang fr your buck!!!

Check your Credit Card Statement!!!!!!. Pizza was great and the server seemed friendly enough - until I checked my online banking statement. The server took it upon herself to TRIPLE her tip. I had my signed receipt which clearly stated the tip I had left. After calling, I was informed that they automatically charge credit card transactions a 20% tip...on top of whatever you fill in?

I had to call my bank to dispute the charge....they continue to claim a credit is on the way, it's been 7 days!!!

RIP OFF!!!!!!!

Great Pizza, Stuffed and/or thin crust. Best stuffed artichokes besides my own.. We order at least once per week. Great carry out or delivery menu. Reasonable prices. Nice selection of different pastas. Choose your own style of sauce.

Spaghetti with garlic and oil is my favorite.

Good size dining room with fabulous salad bar. Great salad bar special for lunch

Stop by and give it a try. You won't be sorry.
