Huge Piece of Paper Cooked Into Food

On Thursday, October 27th at 11:40am, I received a Wendy's premium chicken sandwich from Wendy's, Store Number 00005018 2160 Centreville Rd, Herndon, VA 20170, and after consuming a good portion of the sandwich I discovered an approximate 3 inch x 5 inch piece of paper or packing material cooked in to the sandwich. This caused me to throw my lunch up. I immediately reported this issue to Wendy's via their Customer Service Facebook page, even providing a supporting picture. Prior to my complaint being deleted, several purported Wendy's local level restaurant employee's ( not associated to the Wendy's Facebook account manager, ) responded to my complaint suggesting that the "paper" was some form of packing material. A week went by without resolution and so when I asked for one, almost immediately after I asked, the Wendy's Facebook Manager deleted my request for an update AND blocked me from being able to contact Wendy's, even without providing any response or resolution. I then attempted to reach Wendy's through their Twitter account and through a link I found to file a complaint through the Wendy's website. This is an outrageous lack of customer service and attempt on Wendy's part to silence their loyal customers without ever offering a solution to a very valid concern. I was not even offered a refund of my money, which I want. Given I could not get resolution from Wendy's, I contacted my local Fairfax County Virginia Health Dept ( 703-246-2411 ) and filed a report that outlined what i discovered in my food. Wendy's should not be permitted to simply brush aside and stifle their customers without responding to a customers concern, especially of this nature. I want my money back. I have both the receipt and I still have the sandwich in question. I've eaten at Wendy's weekly, every Thursday, for years. I will not go back.

commercre township Mi needs help and managment

orderde 2 jounor double cheese burgers with bacon ,no mustard. Aftet 10 min waite got to junior cheese burgers with mustard no bacon. returned them to the front register for replacement, Manger on duty that evening looked at them. no aplology or offer of any thing else. Asked workers behind the counter to make, two more junior cheese burgers, with bacon ,no mustard. Recieved two more junior double cheese burgers , no mustard like requested and no bacon as orderd . When I asked for a reciept, I did not get one the first time. That realy threw them out of the loop. The Manger should have steped in and made sure everthing including a receipt was up to Wendys standard. The Who team had failed that night. You can't have a good crew with a weak crew leader.
