One of the managers was very rude to me after we spent $100 on an aquarium. After we set it up, we realized that an employee brought the wrong aquarium down from the shelf and to the front (one without a heater). The manager practically yelled at me when I called to see what the options were. I also got a lot of mixed messages on how to take care of my aquarium. These messages cost me plenty in chemicals. They often said other locations had the product I needed.
