Complaint Filed. I have a complaint filed with the BBB. (See Chicago BBB Case: 94350926)

In an attempt to increase bank account openings, this bank re-sells transportation passes at a discounted rate. I opened an account to take advantage of the offer. Each pass grants a patron 10 rides. A reasonable person would assume that each pass has 10 marks, which are marked upon each use. The advertised "ten-ride" passes that this bank resells only have 9 marks. The bank representatives neglected to tell me that these non-refundable 10 ride passes only have nine marks.

So i gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was the ticket printer's problem. I asked the bank for exchange or compensation for the lost rides. The bank refused to compensate or replace the misrepresented product. The bank also refused to represent me in dealing with the original vendor of the passes. The bank provided a phone number for a contact who is "unavailable." I closed my account with the bank and would not recommend their business to anyone.

Per the other review -- I'm calling the bluff. There are never any lines, and the employees seem constantly annoyed that people only come in to get their transportation passes.
