In Short – This serene spot draws an eclectic blend of folks--from artists to teachers to businessmen and women--searching for relaxation techniques and inner peace. Courses are available for a variety of experience levels, and almost all yoga traditions are covered, including gentle hatha style and fitness-oriented white lotus flow. Prenatal and postpartum yoga with mother and child are also offered; workshops on labor positions and childbirth support help soon-to-be moms prepare for what's in store.
