Courses are available for a variety of experience levels, and almost all yoga traditions are covered, including gentle hatha style and fitness-oriented white lotus flow. Prenatal and postpartum yoga with mother and child are also offered; workshops on labor positions and childbirth support help soon-to-be moms prepare for what's in store.

Relax. is Global Yoga's theme. The vibe there is so positive that it is contagious. Their highly qualified and extremely personable instructors make it completely enjoyable to learn the postures that improve your physical body and emotional well being.
