I deal with a lot of contractors and service providers, and these guys are outstanding. The estimate was spot on (for a very oddball combination of rugs and furniture to clean). They called to note that they would be a few minutes late and then proceeded to bring an extra person and finish the job within the original time estimate. Everyone had a great attitude and I trusted them in my apartment. Carpets and furniture look great. Look forward to having them back next year. I wish all service providers could be this good about communication, price estimates, timing and expectations.
