Great Massage Place. If you are looking for a great massage place, you found the right place. Great staff and Very accomodating. Highly recommended!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!. Please save your self from frustration and save your self from throwing your money out the window.

I went to A Relaxed you for a facial, which by the way was nothing special AT ALL. I ended up buying products from here as well. To make a long story short I was allergic to the products they sold me. So, I called the next day and told the manager. They gave me a huge run around for now three weeks.

In the mean time though they did call and confirm with the manufacturer that there is an ingredient in the product that if you have sensitive skin (which I do) it will affect you.

I was then contacted by a manager saying they will refund me for the products would I want a spa credit? I told her we can discuss this when I came in. I went into the Palos Heights location to meet with the manager and return my products. And told her I would like my money back that I have decided after the poor customer service and lack of interest in this matter by the owner I will not be returning to A Relaxed you Again.

Well, now the owner will not give me my money back. How can a business owner do this? Knowing I am allergic to their products and it was confirmed by the manufacturer and still not refund my money. I can see if I paid with a gift card then yes you refund with a gift card, but I paid with a credit card I expect the money to be put on my credit card. Why in the world would I ever want to return to this spa knowing how they treat customers who have problems?

I would not be surprised if this place closes down. I will make sure I get the word out and that NOONE I know will ever go to A RELAXED YOU!!! THE OWNER TREATS CUTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE. Although, I will say the one manger was very nice and understanding, but she has no authority over there.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DECENT SPA!!!!!

nothing special. The massages I received here, as well as those of people I've spoken with, have been excellent. However, I cannot say the same of the decor/ambiance. It's as if the management doesn't ever care about the appearance. It is not relaxing, especially with competition these days. I would much rather go down the street or downtown where I can spend similar cost at a lush spa where they care about the whole picture. For the cost, it's a waste of money. And a 1/2 hour for $50?? Completely unrealistic. It's been this way since it opened, as if they don't even care. Look at other spas - they set the bar for 2010.

Disagree with Previous Review. I read Jenna's review and completely disagree. I have been going to A Relaxed You for many years and have seen vast improvement with my complextion. In fact, when I began visiting the estheticians at A Relaxed You all of my friends asked me what I was doing different because my skin looked so good.

I believe that they are 100% responsible for my skin's improvement. The products are very reasonable and work great!

Poor Services, No Results. I'm the kind who likes to indulge in spa services and have made four visits with facial services to A Relaxed You and purchased products totalling over $300. Not only have I seen NO improvements, my skin is in a horrible state. I've made several phone calls to discuss my disatisfaction with the managment, with no response. Spend your dollar somewhere else.
