Will never shop there again. Found a Keepsake Box on their web site. Listed price as $44. I wanted to see it so I went into the Naperville store.

I saw it alright and the price was $70. I understand some difference between brick and mortar prices and on-line prices but... $26 on a $44 item?

A rude clerk said..."The owner has been meaning to fix that price on the website."

Restricted by a short-time frame, I had no choice but to buy it. But I will never go there again.

Best Gift shop around. The Canterbury shoppe is conveniently located in the Jefferson Hill shops up the hill from Washington. There is parking available in all areas surrounding the charming building so finding a spot is never a problem!

I go shopping at Canterbury for any gifts that I may need for a baby shower, bridal shower or particular holidays and birthdays. The owner and salespeople are always attentive and very helpful in helping you pick out that perfect gift.

There is a beautiful display of artwork adorning the walls and scents that will have you asking what and where it is coming from b/c you must have it!

The special part about the gift you purchase is the wrapping. It is done perfectly and beautifully.

The Canterbury shoppe is always having specials as well so you'll always find something!

Beautiful Shop ... Great Service .... Convenient Location. I love to shop ... and I can always find something truly special in this beautiful shop. The staff goes out of their way to help find that unique gift and the gift wrapping is fantastic.

The new location is so easy to get to and parking is now readily available.

The addition of the artwork and photography is a joy to experience.

Over priced and rude sales people, stay away.. Overpriced and snobby sales people make this the worst shop in Naperville.

They sell what can be found anywhere.

There is nothing unique in this shop.

I am not sure how it has survived in Naperville unless they own the bldg.

Then it is a matter of not having to sell much in the shop but merely collect rent.

It is a shame that they are still in Naperville when really good shops have moved out.

I wish they would move and a shop that welcomes visitors would take their space.
