Run from this place, they have no idea what they're doing

When I was looking for a bank, I was looking for free services for a small checking business account. They do have that, but the service I found there was the worst I've ever seen. From the get go, I was told miss information that caused me to bounce several checks, even though the funds were available in my account. Weeks after they told me I had the correct documentation to open the account, they call me to tell they need more information and that services like the debit visa card and online bill pay have been delayed. I gave them with the proper documentation that I've received from the City of Chicago, and that I've used to open other accounts. Rather than calling me to try to work out the problem like any normal service provider would do, they simply closed the account and mailed me a check...making my account once again useless for yet another week. Its now been 3 weeks. Do not open a business account here. There are many other banks out there that will actually provide a service working with you to suit your needs. This bank is not one of them. Run from this place!
