I'd like to thank you for your kindness to our little corgi Belle when we brought her in on Sunday. It was so difficult seeing her in pain but not 'saying' anything. I could tell you cared, and wanted to help, knowing the outcome was not going to be good.

I would like to thank Golf Rose Animal Hospital for handling of our dog's cremation (they work with St. Francis). She died peacefully at home at age 15 on a Sunday. We usually go to a different vet but we went to GRAH since it was Sunday and they were open. The 2 assistants there handled our doggy's body very gracefully. They pulled out a cart covered with white cloth and moved her gently. They extended their condolences to me, my sister and mom while we cried our eyes out. Couple of days later we received a nice 'we're sorry for you loss' note in the mail, which was very touching. They called us about the ashes being ready for pickup 5 days after our visit there. They extended their condolences in the voice mail and when we went to take our doggy's ashes with us. We appreciate their sensitivity. It made our loss a bit easier. Thanks Golf Rose and St.Francis.

I recently boarded my dogs at the kennel and was very impressed with how caring the staff was about my concern to leave my animals behind. They took time out to talk with me about my dogs and what their stay would include. They took the time to explain how everything would work and how my pets would be boarded. After talking with the staff I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs there. After picking them up from their stay, they acted fine. I was hooking one up to her leash and the other dog went back to "visit" the office staff. That made me feel good, like they were taken care of because my dogs were not afraid to go back and really seemed to enjoy the staff. Since dogs can not talk all you really have to go by are their actions. And my dogs actions were happy and excited to see the employees there!! I would recommend Golf Rose to anyone needing a place to board their animals. I am definitely bringing my dogs back to Golf Rose when I need boarding again.

If only our 4 legged family members had opposible thumbs and could tell us they were in pain & where.

Everyone at Golf Rose was wonderful & compassionate to us, and I know they'd had a rough day too.

Thanks to all

Thank you for taking such great care of my Morgan. I was very impressed that you wanted to be the one to take out his stiches to do your job full circle. Beginning to finish.
