Not all vets want to take the time to talk to you like you are a parent.

Dr. Katsalis is willing to spend time to talk about your pet. She does't rush you out like other doctors. She will sit and talk to you; one on one; to see what is best for your pet. So don't be discouraged if you have to sit in the waiting room a few more mins., she will be giving you the same great service.
Ask her about grooming on Thurs. & Fri. She has an experienced groomer who has groomed my dog when no one else would and did a pretty good job!! (without sedating him!)

Dr. Kerri is the best. She treats my dog like he is hers. and she also is very great with the pet owners too. She understands what your pet means to you. She never rushes you out like some doctors do, she answers all your question honestly. She is just a all around wonderful person. The Ridge Clinic itself is a great place, all the staff is great and helpful.
