Worst level of service that I have ever experienced!. NEVER hire this company to manage your property. They have provided the worst level of service that I have ever experienced in my entire personal and professional life. They have neglected routine property maintenance, mismanaged their contractors, and purposefully deceived home owners, as well as the association that they were contracted to serve. I had to file a complaint with the BBB that is still pending as of this review to ensure that no other home owner is subjected to their unacceptable, and deceitful practices.

not worth the one star. if i could have picked zero stars, i would have. this place is a joke. the "company" is run by one woman. her "answering service" is her voice mail. she never picks up the phone. she doesn't have a real business email address and no web site. i still can't figure out how this place is called a business....

Horrible!. Here's a word of warning - don't get involved with this company or at least hope that your townhouse association doesn't hire this woman to manage your property. She is a complete nightmare. Her lack of customer service is incomprehensible to say the least. We have had tons of problems - including water leakage- and she has done nothing. I wish there were some reviews online so that others may be warned.
