DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i HAD THEM INSTALL SIDING AND GUTTERS IN 2003 . AND I WISHED I NEVER USED THEM . WHEN THEY WANTED MY BUSINESS THE SALES PERSON WOULD CALL ME AND SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE TO GO WITH THEM. BECAUSE THEY STAND BY THERE CUSTOMERS AND WE GIVE YOU A 10 YEAR WARRANTY AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS JUST CALL US .WELL GUESS WHAT THEY LIED!! I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM THAT I WANTED THEM TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER JEFF THAT SAID YOUR WARRANTY IS UP AND I AM NOT COMING OUT TO TAKE A LOOK . I HAVE WATER THAT IS COMING DOWN ON THE SIDING AND FOUND ITS WAY INTO THE WALL IN MY KITCHEN THE WALL IS FULL OF MOLD ROTTED WOOD ,THE SUB FLOOR IS SOAKED AND ROTTED. AND MY KITCHEN FLOOR NEEDS TO BE REMOVED..WHAT I S JEFF SCARED OR DOES HE KNOW THEY DO CRAPPY WORK! I HAD 2 DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS COME OUT TO VIEW THE ISSUE . FIRST OF ALL PROPEL PUT A GUTTER FACING THE HOUSE WITH NO DOWN SPOUT SO THE WATER IS RUNING DOWN THE SIDING. AND THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE THE EXPERTS RIGHT! THE SIDING WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AS WELL ,.AND FORGET ABOUT HAVING THE OWNER BRAD CALL YOU BACK , EVERYTIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD HE IS NOT IN YET .i CANNOT BELEIVE THIS IS HOW THEY RUN A BUSINESS AND IF THE OWNER IS NOT CALLING BACK MAYBE THEY DONT HAVE ALOT OFF BUSINESS SINCE THEY DO CRAPPY WORK.. OR HE JUST DON'T CARE SO PLEASE DONT USE THEM, IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR TURN THEM AWAY .BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER GOING TO WORK IN MY TOWN…

Paul, your salesperson, was the reason I did business with your company. He seemed knoweldgeable and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I really appreciate his efforts to make sure I was satisfied.

Don't look for support after they are paid!. The Propel salesman promised me that the company would stand by me, for the next ten years, if anything happened to my siding or roof. Well, when I needed help to repair one piece of siding, Propel refused. I was told that they don't do small jobs and that I would have to find a handyman. This was unexpected. If the salesman was honest with me, I would have used a different company.…

Very Helpful!. I'm typically very skeptical when it comes to door to door sales; Although, I decided to take a chance after doing research on this company and checking out their previous work in my neighborhood. I'm happy to say that I chose to have them do my roof and siding. I would use use this company all over again. All I had to do was pick the colors for the roof and siding, they did the rest of the (dirty) work. Even after there was an issue with my insurance company sending the insurance check to the wrong address (post office error) and the insurance company refused to reissue the check since it was not their error, Propel stepped in and took care of everything. Within 1 hour the insurance company reissued the check and I didn't have to deal with it. They saved me a giant headache, which I'm very grateful for. The best part is that the house looks GREAT!!…
