Gourmand - Gourmet. The Al Pastor here is done with an old world recipe that uses marinated meat with real fruit and exotic spices. It is then put on a spit and grilled to perfection. It is simply delicious. They also have a salsa bar with several flavors that will appeal to those who like it hot!!
