great service, owner versonable.
I was having trouble with my car and a friend told me to go see John at Import Motors. When I called him I explained what the problem was and told me that it didn't seem like a big deal so he just
told me to swing by a;nd he would look at it. When I got there this very pleasant man ( John the owner) looked at my car and told me exactly what happend and that he could easily fix it now. He took care of it in minutes and minumilly charged me. I really feel that if I went to a dealer that would have written up ths whole repair order and kept my car for the day . John has a small town mentality in a big city. He is honest and hard working and any time I need him he is there for me. It hard to find that these day.

Excellent Customer Service these guys work hard for your business. So I went in to the shop for an oil change and this guy John helped me. He thouroughly explained the service he was doing on the car and informed me that I was in need of brakes. Now typically, my first response would be " yea sure buddy your just trying to juice me into spending more money!" but, to my surprise he had informed me that his educated guess, he would say that I would need them in the next month or so. WOW! And to add to that he actually showed me how they looked and explained while they were on the car and that was a really good feeling. I felt comfortable at that point. While I waited for my oil change I was able to use the internet and exchange some good conversations with some regular customers. They also confirmed my worries. Saying that this is the only place they would go and they trust this guy indisputibly. If that wasn't enough, surely enough in about a month my brakes started squeaking like no tomorrow. Had I listened to John the initial time when he said "just make sure you budget for these brakes in the next month" , I would've been able to afford them. I was going through a tough time at that moment and John (not really knowing me from atom) allowed me to make payments to him!!! What a relief that was! This guy hands down is my mechanic for life! I would recommend this guy to anyone. John is truly the REAL DEAL! Thanks JOHN!!!!!!!!!!!…
