Jillys Cafe is hands down the best restaurant in evanston. They offer a diverse menu, whether you are vegitarian or meat lover they can feed you. The beet salad is a must and so are the braised beef short ribs. SO good! Both the dinner menu and the lunch menu are really great and affordable. I could go on for days. You just really have to try it.
- Pros: large portions for little price. very accomidating. AMAZING food.
- Cons: parking is next door at the tire place, when they are closed. otherwise its street parking
