FOUL MOUTHED MANAGER NAMED JARED. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! THE MANAGER JARED NEED TO HAVE HIS MOUTH WASHED OUT WITH SOAP!!! I used to like going to this place but never again. My girlfriend and I went there after shopping in Evanston. We sat outside and waited more than 5 minutes for our server to show up. They had a special posted on the wall and on the tables. I asked about it and was told for $10 it includes food, access to drink specials and a raffle ticket for a grill. Sounded like a good deal. I took the special. The bill comes and there's some odd charges on it, I ask the server about it and he says "I don't know why, but maybe the food wasn't included with the special?" It was $10 more than I expected to pay...fine. I ordered it I'll pay for it, but I asked to speak to the manager. After asking two times for the manager, this guy named Jared comes over. He stands over me, arms crossed, with a "What the hell do you want?" look on his face. I explain the situation, his reply was there's a comma in the description of the special and the food isn't included. "What does that mean??" I ask. He was going on to explain grammar. I just say forget it. I had already signed the check, but he's still going on about this comma thing. I say "Fine, just go, run along." He freaks out and tells me to "GET THE F OUT OF MY RESTAURANT. I DON'T NEED TO TAKE YOUR CRAP!!!" I was just stunned. I've never been spoken to like that. I ask what is your deal? Customers around me are freaked out and say "You're the manager and that's how you talk to your customers?" He says "Yes. I don't have to take his crap." I stand up and say "Did I use any profanity at all? I go on to tell him I'm also a manager and customers, anywhere should not be treated like this. He asks "What would you do?" I say "Nothing. You shake it off and move on. You have other things to worry about." He tells me again "GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!" As long as Jared is there I will never step foot in there again.

Worst Pub on Northshore. This is the worst place to eat, drink, and just try to be merry! We went to this pub with a 30+ group from work and were seated in the dinning room at 3 seperate tables (with our backs to 1 large table) and as we were talking and laughing we were asked to move our party to their outside patio, just after we all ordered our dinners (this took thier waite staff 45 long minutes to finally place). We moved our party outside to then get carded, and yes we had a few under 21 (not drinking but enjoying the celebration with the rest) but as this was not a problem in the dinning room it somehow became one when we were moved...long story short, we where told that we couldn't go back into the dining room (it had been cleaned quickly...the only thing that was quick by the way), and we could not all sit and eat the meals that we ordered in the area that they had suggestly moved us to, but yet we were expected to pay for all the food and take it to go! They are the most unprofessional and rude pub I have ever been to. There are plenty of bars in Evanston that welcomed our group (and the plethora of money that came with us), and they will welcome yours too...don't waste your time on this place, food is average at best, the drinks take a long time to get, and the manager of this place is unbelieveably unprofessional and rude...it is not worth the long wait time nor the money..go next door to Prairie Moon where they have great food and fast service.

Lousy Service. We went to dinner on one evening and we were seated at a table. The lady comes and says that the other person is your server and he will come and take your order. He never showed up at the table. Finally the other girl who is not the server tried to take our order. Every time we had to order we had to wave at some one to come to the table. At the end of the meal we asked the waiter to call the manager to ask why we were not being served. The manager just comes over and says I would appreciate if you stop being rude to my staff. The only thing we asked the staff was to get us some food and we were not happy with the service so we wanted to speak with the manager. He did not come and ask what the issue was and try to resolve it. He was just rude. I had been to this place, but will never go again

Naperville/Plainfield Location - VERY DISAPPOINTED. OK - we've given this place three tries now....hoping it would get better, as there really are not many pub style places to eat in South Naperville/Plainfield. Wow, we've now been disappointed 3 times. To start, I really can't believe it to be that difficult to make a good burger. This place has over cooked our burger twice....so much for trying again. The appetizers were OK the first time, not soo good the 2nd and 3rd time. The building is great, new....family atmosphere, but so far the food has stunk all three times we tried.....3rd time is not a charm here.
