“ended up on the phone with a very rude sales manager who basically told me, tough.”
“They even had the nerve to tell me that i would not have liked that car since it was in huge accident witch i also asked about on the phone and they claimed it had not.”
“Horrible customer service, long waits, lie to your face”
Sneay cheeky liars. Don't go unless you want to receive no appreciation, be lied to, have things about the car be told to you that aren't true, or for that matter, safe! You'd just think that being sales, the sales people would be better than that since they are paid on commission.…
dont Trust. well i called 3 times to make sure that car they were advertising was still there, drove an hour in a snow storm to purchase the car and when i got there surprise surpise it was not there anymore, they said it was sold last night. find that hard to believe since i called them before i left saying that it was still there and the guy is looking right at it. They then said the usual that they were sorry but lets try to get you into a different car that cost more money of course. They even had the nerve to tell me that i would not have liked that car since it was in huge accident witch i also asked about on the phone and they claimed it had not. It all seemed like a ploy to get me to the store. wasted 4 hours. the GM then tells me that he is very sorry and to try to get me out of the store he said he would find me a similar car and call me back. its been 2 weeks and i called back to speak to him and he said he has not had time. i know that car salesman have a bad reputation but things like this is just a ploy to get you in…
Hate their service and dishonest sellers and worst managers.
I normally don't do this type of review. But after they lied to me and make me drive from another city just thinking that I was going to get a good deal on a new Minivan I should warn people who is
looking to buy a car from them.
After doing my internet search and narrowed a couple of option online. I decided to give them a call. A seller named Raul told me the price and the financial options available. Starting to say that the car was brand new and they are offering low financing for it. So I descided to drive all the way to close the deal. Once I got there and looked at the car resulted it was a lonner with few thousand of miles on it and also they change the deal by telling me that they don't offer low financing. And if I want to get the low financing I have to buy my points which will cost me few thousand dollars more. It was a waste of time. They don't honor what they say, or the sellers are stupid and have no training at all. WASTE OF TIME> I will report them to BBB…
Appalling Customer Service. This experience was so bad, that I decided to write my first review. I bought an '06 Audi A4 from the Mazda dealership. I am not an overly experienced car buyer, but feel that I do pretty good research. First issue - I was told by the sales guy that the extra key for the car was in the warehouse and would be sent later. After a week or so, I called and left a message asking the status. He left me a message in return stating that he did not find it and was unsure if there was one. He was going to check. I called a few times and never did hear back. Next issue - Within the first month of getting this car, I already needed new brakes. Keep in mind that during that time, I did not drive the car (since I was in another country). I called and spoke with the sales manager there. He agreed that it should not have gone out so soon and would "split" the cost of the brakes, since this is a normal wear item. I asked if they do inspections and they do. So why this wasn't caught. It is up to them whether to replace the brakes or not, but they do meet Illinois min. safety requirements. I was not happy, but agreed to have the service manager call me for more details and make an appointment. I took the car to Audi and Midas. Knowing that I was going to go back to the dealership to get them fixed, they both laughed at it meeting the min. requirements and said that no car should have been sold with those brakes. I called and left two messages for the sales manager since no one called me back. After I reached him, he proceeded to tell me that this is my fault for not being a diligent consumer (thus in my opinion, agreeing that he sold this knowingly). Among the many other things he said to me, he refused to apologize or admit they did anything wrong. By law, he is correct. I asked why I couldn't have been informed when purchasing the car at least. All I am to them is money. He even admitted that if "splitting" the cost was not going to make me happy, then why should he waste good money on me. I am in customer service and understand between doing what is best for the company and consumer. Since they sell x number of vehicles, I did not seem to matter as a customer, as the guy stated to me in not so many words. If I ever treated someone like he treated me, I would be fired. I know I sound angry. Well I am. In the end, I went somewhere else. I couldn't trust that I was actually "splitting" the cost. I would rather pay the extra money and go somewhere else. I thought that buying a used car from an actual dealer was safe and I would get a quality vehicle. Whoever reads this, please look at other dealerships. I know I am just one customer, but I am still a person and deserve a lot more respect than what I received.…
EXPENSIVE. i called the Mazda parts department for a part i needed for my 2004 Mazda 3 The price they gave me was almost 60 dollars more than the oak park Mazda dealer. I asked why it cost soo much more for the same part they had no answer. the parts manager was very hostile and rude when i asked for some other prices and i felt very offended. and i will never go back to that dealer. dont recommend it to any one. also their service department's labor rate is 140 an hour. thats a sl#p in the face to those people who bought a mazda for cheap long term cost. remember everyone do your research and call around…
