Beggars Pizza is #1 on The Southside!

Beggars Pizza is out of this world! It is hands-down the best pizza I ever had. We cannot make up our minds which one we like best. Thats because they are all excellent. The crust is perfect,the sauce and cheese are to die for, the sausage is wonderfully Italian and the pepperoni is perfection.

Hands-down, the best pizza in our neighborhood. Beggars consistently delivers a delicious pizza, and we order at least once a month.

Quality Pizza

Beggars makes a qood quality pizza and nobody can say that they are stingy with anything that's for sure. They aren't kidding when they claim to lay it on thick. My only problem with that is I think they put entirely too much cheese on their pizzas. To the point to where it never really melts. I like a pizza thats gooey. Many people I talk to seem to agree. Seriously when you go to eat it its like an inch thick of just cheese. So I would recommend asking for light cheese. That's what my friends and I do. Also the sauce isn't that great. It's kind of acidy or something. I actually know people who ask to have the deep dish sauce put on their pizza because it's much better. So although there are plenty more truely authentic places are the south suburbs this place is still worth a try once and a while. Especially if you are going with deep dish.

• Cons: Too much cheese and the sauce could be better.

NO NEED TO BEG!

This place has always been known for it's great pizza and cold beer! The prices are very good for the quality and quantity of food. Soon they will be moving 1 mile west where they will have more then ample parking. Their delivery has always been consistent also.
