Horrible food. This is old school Americanized Mexican food from back before Gringos knew the difference. Bland, ground beef in everything, thick supermarket style tortillas, guacamole that is mostly sour cream, choice of only one salsa which is not hot at all. If you like authentic Mexican food you will not like Marios. If you like Taco Bell you will think it is a step up. On the positive side, service and pricing was good.

Best Gucamole Chicago. I have been going to Mario's Taco's since I was about three and I am in my 40's now. They have the Best Gucamole and every restaurant I go to for gucamole they never compare to Mario's Taco's.

They simply have the Best gucamole that I have ever tasted. Old world Charm and great food. A hidden Gem in Blue Island. Don't get me wrong -- everything else they make is pretty awesome too !

Great Food. I can't say enough about how great this places food is. The chicken quesadillas are phenomenal. Its really clean and the services is good. I just wish they were open later. I think more people would go there if they were. I think last seating it 9:45 everynight.
