Good location and Value....but little room.
Obtaining a "deal" over the internet, one doesn't always know what to expect. But even without ever having visited Chicago, you can do some research. I already knew the "quarters" were small, but well-located. The staff, except for one impish and infantile doorman, were very professional and competent. If you are going to dine-in at the hotel, I recommend calling restaurants who deliver and then go down to the lobby and pay them directly. Otherwise, there are delivery, hotel, and tips involved! Finally, the business center was very nice and it was easy to get a computer and even print for free.
