Great Service!. Great guys, knowledgeable, and thorough, I couldn't be happier with the level of service, I received. I didn't have an appointment, but they took care of me in a very timely and professional manner, I definitely recommend this place if you want to pamper your car.

Going there on 12/18/10. After reading all of the reviews I am going to still give them a try to prove themselves. I will be having them install my Viper 5701 car starter and alarm with the keyless entry bypass on 12/18/10.

1st I am like I would any other company negotiate a lower price and pay in cash for a better bargaining tool.

2nd I will let them know about the reviews on-line and bring to their attention that people actually read them.



3rd I am going to get all of the installation pricing up front and talk about what compensation is awarded to me if my installation is not completed professionally.

Goto Mobile Concepts!!. I support local business! I can't stand the big chain stores. They're a huge headache and you deal with so much crap. I have gone to Mobile Concepts now for over 5 years and they have treated my friends and myself with first class service. Anytime I called or came in with a question or needed an update on my installation they were right there to answer it for me. Thank you Mobile Concepts for being part of our community for so long and treating us like friends!

Scammers. The owner Rene is a rip off artist. He doesn't honor his prices. They don't have a set price on their equipment or installation, its whatever they think they can get out of you. And they don't give refunds on your deposit even if they change the price on you. I had to have someone else go in and negotiate a price. When he found out the price was for me, he changed the price again. I ended up agreeing to settling for the equipment with no installation for the money I had paid. When I got their to pick up the equipment, they did another price change and wanted to charge me taxes. They ended up calling the police because I refused to pay anymore and the police sided with me and told them to give me my keys. Thanks Dolton police department!!!!

Complete Ripoff. Do not waste you time or money. They use the bait and switch tactic. The owner Rene lures you in with one low price and then jack up the price during the installation of the equipment and then you are stuck becasue he does not give refunds only store credits. Not Recommended!
