Safety issues -lack of communication

This place is horrible. My child was not watched and ran loose with no supervision. Walked in and witnessed my child on a high bookshelf, while nothing was said. Lack of communication. This place was supposed to be a school and it was more like expensive babysitting. Not even quality babysitting. Needless to say my child was pulled out immediately !!! Would not recommend for any parent!!!
