This "swift-serve" restaurant has offered crowd-pleasing, comforting carbs from around the world since 1995.. In Short
With hard-surfaced walls, ceilings and floors and a steady stream of diners, the noise level can get high but it still has a family-friendly feel and a few options for kids. The menu is dedicated to all-things-pasta featuring Japanese pan noodles, pesto linguine and spicy peanut salad. Patrons can order at the counter for take out or have their noodles served to them in a white porcelain bowl.

Quick service and low cost for good food. Fantastic for students who don't want to pay for a fancy noodle restaurant but still want yummy food. Cooked fresh and brought to your table. Very close to the large Evanston movie theater, so it's perfect for grabbing a quick meal with friends/family before a movie. Ample seating, tables aren't crowded together.

Value?. Nice place, fast service, good food, but not much of a value.

Let's face-it, it's just noodles with some spices, veggies, and sauce - meat is an extra cost.

Almost $4 for kid's Mac and Cheese, and that's just for a small bowl
