The Scene – Not too far from the United Center, this comfortable room offers good, casual dining in a convivial atmosphere. The restaurant business is tough, so is eating here.

Beer was warm, food was well below average. Service was even worse. Our waitress never asked either of my friends if they would like another glass of wine. She just dropped the bill and some to-go containers on the table and left. Can't even blame the poor service on the restaurant being busy. We were three of approx. 15 people in the place. Never again. DDITY
- Pros: $3 draft beers all summer. But they're warm.
- Cons: warm beer, poor food, worse service

just opened my company not far from this restaurant. loved the calamari and the prime rib beat carmichaels. the price was more than reasonable. have been back three more times.

- Cons: paper on tables, valet parking late

Best casual dining i have had in chicago!!

PHIL and LOU's is a bit more casual than expected.
Food went beyond my expectations... Service and food was great, by far one of the BEST dinners i have had in chicago since moving here!!
