Good services but very difficult to reach someone there.. I really like the services and the providers there but have struggled for years with their set up. The fact that they don't have a receptionist and that you need to play phone tag with people and contact the provider individually is much more time consuming and less convenient than any other place around. It's tough for me to make calls during my work day and the back and forth is really problematic for me and honestly limits me in going there. It's so much more convenient to call somewhere and make an appointment and be done with that. (The last time I tried to make a massage apt with someone I left her 4 messages over two weeks time and she never called me back. I later found out (Rita) left, but it didn't leave a good impression and would have been avoided if this structure wasn't in place). I know it's expensive to have someone there during the day but I bet it would be worthwhile. Even the new yoga place in town has a very helpful guy who answers the phone when you call and is very informative.…
