When to Go:: TVs beckon during the day, but recede into the ceiling at night. (Translation: A safe date spot, ladies, as long as you avoid the PlayStation upstairs.)
Parking:: Park in the Lincoln Park Hospital garage and get your ticket validated at the bar to pay only $5.
Save Money:: Playing on the idea of ringing the doorbell at a house party, the Apartment hosts its double entendre "Buzz Me Up" special on Thursdays, when all drinks are half price.

Tower of Beer!

I really enjoy the dual atmosphere of Lions Head (not to mention the tower of beer) and then the higher energy Apartment upstairs.

Pros: Great weekend hangout with a dual atmosphere
Cons: Draws a lot of the college crowd

I would highly recommend both Lion's Head and the Apartment. Great food at Lion's Head, and the Apartment is a blast.

Great place for Thursday

No cover, good music, not too crowded. Watch the valet though. Watched them park a car and "bump" another parked car. Great menu downstairs at the Lion Head Pub.

Credit Card SCAM

I opened a tab at the bar. When I checked my credit card bill there was an extra $50 charge! Don't go there unless you've got cash.

Pros: crowded
Cons: they'll scam you
