Disappointing Customer Service. I have been consistently disappointed with the customer service provided in this store. The sales associates are not well trained in the policies of returns and in my experience it is at the expense of the customer. I will choose other providers of fine stationary in the future.

User review by fsl. I have been consistenly unhappy with All She Wrote, particularly the customer service. The employees are often unfriendly and rude. With so many other superb stationery/paper venue options in Chicago, carrying beautiful and creative stationery and invitations at all price points, All She Wrote has moved to the bottom of my list.

The long lost art of correspondence is very much alive here, where white bookcases display formal invitations, stylish notecards and stationery for just about every occasion. Lily Pulitzer handbags appeal to girly girls, while wine totes are the stuff of a hostess' dreams. Cashmere throws for adults are as luxurious as its soft-to-the-touch baby blankets. Brides and mothers perch on a bright pink sofa to perus through books packed with baby announcements and wedding invitations.
