Beautiful, Unique and Creative!. I started ordering flowers from Blumgarten because they do the flowers in my office, which are always amazing. I wanted to order a dozen roses for a girl I had been dating, so I gave them a call. I was a little puzzled when the person taking my order was trying to talk me OUT of ordering the roses, but she promised me that they could do something absolutely beautiful and more unique than a dozen roses. I'm glad i decided to roll with it, because my girlfriend LOVED the flowers. We're still together and I still order flowers from Blumgarten, and they never disappoint. They are a free-spirited, artistic bunch, but floral design isn't corporate finance. The one time I called with an issue (flowers didn't last as long as I thought they should have) it was resolved to my satisfaction immediately.

Completely unreliable - do not sign a contract with them!. I would give them zero stars if that was the option...

We received a single EMAIL a month before our wedding date - indicating in two short sentences that they are no longer available to provide flowers for our wedding. The email did Not even give a reason, was Not even from the woman who did a mock center piece with us and signed the contract with us, and knowingly that we would be out of the country until several days before the wedding.

In addition to being unreliable, wasting all of our time, and completely unprofessional, most of the flowers in their shop were wilted each time we went in and overpriced compared to the average prices of other florists.

All of our legal friends had suggested we file a law suit against them, but we simply haven't had time. Do not even waste your time going into their shop.

Editorial Review. Housed in a three-story Victorian graystone, this Lincoln Park florist handles all occasions and sells exotic plants and other greenery.

great experience with a little patience. I walked into the charming and bustling shop, was greeted casually from the back and left to browse about. I didn't realize alot of the flowers were in the back area and had just come in. The lovely woman put together a BEAUTIFUL bouquet after cracking a couple the new cases to get just the right mix. Alot of the flowers I'd never seen before. I really appreciated the extra effort made to make me happy and so did my hostess (who is loyal to Blumgarten also). If you're in a real rush I'd call ahead or have them deliver.

Excellent Service. This company produces unbelieveable work and the service is impecable. Jason is very friendly, goes out of his way to help his customers and his arrangements are top notch. Better than New Leaf or any other 5* florist in Chicago. If they make a mistake, they fix it and then some.
