In Short – Kenneth Cole made his name in shoes, and this is still the place to buy sleek and sturdy leather footwear in, for the most part, enduring styles. While a few fleeting trends are represented, most of the clothing and shoe designs are both classy and classic. Reaction is a line of slightly less-expensive shoes, coats, bags and eyewear for men, women and kids.

The worst customer service I've ever had!

The manager incouraged the person at the front desk to help the woman behind me.....with out explanatioin. I was exchanging something and was in line when they took the person behind me before they would help me. I will never go back to this store again. Too bad these employees are trashing the Kenneth Cole brand.

Crap Clothes and Service

The clothing is crappy and when it falls apart, expect rude salespeople questioning, with disbelief, why you are returning it. The SHOES are great though and with that being said, the only redeeming thing about the place. Oh wait, it is next to Virgin Megastore; that is cool!

Park South, Young Man:
Don't even bother cruising for metered parking north of the Chicago River, especially on weekends. If you're not up to the $20 nearby lots may charge, there's ample parking in the underground network of streets east of Michigan just south of the river.
Shhh, It's on Sale:
Aside from one rack of especially goofy or odd-sized shoes near the south entrance, Kenneth Cole does little to advertise their sale items. But deals are there to be found, and patient digging can be rewarded with some excellent last-season looks.
