Drag-racing, demolition derbies and concerts, all in one stadium.. Overview
The facility has an 8,000-seat, half-mile clay, dirt and sand oval for demolition derbies and supercross motorcycle racing. The infield is used for off-road truck races. But it's the 30,000-seat NHRA drag-racing strip that generates the most excitement. The $24 million state-of-the-art raceway draws the biggest names in the sport.

The Experience
The unique U-shaped stadium area surrounds the starting line and provides clear views of the action from any vantage point. It's the sounds and smells, however, that make a night at the drag races unforgettable. The air is spiked with nitro fumes and about every 30 seconds or so, the sound of squealing tires is followed by the teeth-rattling blast of souped-up stock cars and dragsters firing down the track like rockets.
