waitress and manager don't have customer service skills.
I was disappoint with a waitress named Danielle who mistreated her tables. She actually was yelling at a table who attempted to take their left overs home. They were doing the buffet and a waiter gave them a container. Therefore allowing to be able to take some leftover home. The waitress actually yelled at the customers from across the room.
Food ok when fresh
staff were not trained to have good customer service skills.
