“Amazing food!”
“We've been regulars to the Rush Buca since it opened - and found a great, family friendly spot hidden just under/off Michigan Ave. New children's menu remains as generous as always.”
“Maybe the big turn off is that the wait staff allowed this kiddie party to take over the whole restaura.”
“The servings are huge, and it's very good.”

Get cozy with friends and family and enjoy an Italian feast at this loved-by-locals restaurant..
In Short
Homesick for your mother's Italian cooking? Grab your appetite and head to this restaurant, where the friendly wait staff will serve up portions of Colosseum-esque proportions, like spaghetti and meatballs loaded with savory tomato sauce and lots of pungent garlic. Dishes center on Southern Italian immigrant fare, and are meant to be shared family-style with a large goblet of wine-to enhance the taste, of course. The ornate décor with walls covered in vintage photos evokes a warm homey feel that welcomes customers to dine among the other families and loyal customers. Buon Appetito!
Amazing food! Quickest turn-around and shortest wait in town!.
I am a huge fan of Buca di Beppo...
Lately I've been finding it impossible to go even two days without grabbing a quick dinner or a hefty take-out order. The portions are sizable and they don't skimp on the flavor either. My personal favorites are the salmon with pesto, as well as the macaroni rosa. Both dishes are absolutely to die for!
And when I'm in a hurry, the impeccable and talented staff assists me with a quick lunch, as they are individual sized portions. On the dinner side, I can be almost certain that I can get a table in less than thirty minutes typically every weekend night, as opposed to the hour or two wait times other restaurants offer during a dinner rush.
By far, Buca is the best Italian in town, offering towering portions and unbelievably delicious volumes of flavor in every dish. I recommend it wholeheartedly to families, individuals, parties of 100, or parties of two. Buca rules the roost!
What a Great Lunch. Friendly, Fresh Hot And Fast. Went back over to Buca for dinner last night and I was inspried to write this morning. What a Great experience. The place was so warm and inviting on such a bitter cold night in the city. The service did not miss a beat. I was welcomed and talked to by every employee that passed us and they were all smiling. The food was Great as always. I even have a fab lunch for today.
Hidden Family Treasure. We've been regulars to the Rush Buca since it opened - and found a great, family friendly spot hidden just under/off Michigan Ave. New children's menu remains as generous as always. Excellent wine value: Masi Amarone (ask for the "Baby" Amarone). Servers are always friendly and responsive. A fantastic spot for kids in the City.
