TERRIBLE SERVICE. HAD 3 SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS, BOOKED WITH THE CO-CALLED OWNER PATTI. THE FIRST TIME WE CAME IN TEN MINUTES EARLY AND SAT UNACKNOWLEGED FOR 30 MINUTES AND I FINALLY WENT UP TO THE DESK [WELL WITHIN EAR SHOT OF PATTI PUTTING ROLLARS IN ANOTHER PERSON] AND ASKED IF I WAS MISTAKEN IN MY APPT TIME. tHE GIRL REPLIED NO, AND SAID SHE WAS RUNNING A LITTLE BEHIND. PATTI HEARD IT AND DIDN'T EVEN LOOK UP AT US. NOT A WORD WAS SAID. OK THINGS HAPPENED, BUT THIS SAME THING HAPPENED THE SECOND AND THIRD TIME. INEXCUSABLE. WE ARE DONE WITH THEM! IGNORANT AND JUST DON'T CARE OVBIOUSLY....DOESN'T NEED OUR BUSINESS. ONE STAR IS ACTUALLY TOO GOOD FOR THEM.

A great place to be pampered!. I love going here to get my hair done...The service here has always been so friendly to my husband and me and we have had most excellent help. I had some problems with my hair and the stylist/owner knew just what to do to help me. The atmosphere is very relaxing, offering coffee, tea, cookies and other yummies. Music is always playing to make it more enjoyable. They have done outstanding manicures and pedicures for me as well as waxing. My husband and I highly recommend this salon & spa.

Average Salon. This is a nice salon aestethically but other than that I think it's just average. I went there on a recommendation from a girl friend of mine. The girl who did my hair did a horrible job with my highlights. She was kind of rude, worked super fast, and didn't say a word to me. When I tried to talk to her she basically ignored me. Plus she forgot that I was scheduled for a hair cut as well. Since she did such a bad job on the color I figured I wouldn't remind her.
