The Scene
Black and white tiled floors, a pressed tin ceiling and fish decor backdrop a fresh gourmet-to-go selection of seafood and soup-'em-up accompaniments that cater to a bucks-to-burn and special occasion clientele. Friendly and knowledgeable fishmongers cater to every whim, although its ultra-fresh, often surprising seafood tends to speak for itself.
The Goods
Restaurant quality. Top-notch salmon, New Zealand orange roughy and ethically caught Chilean sea bass are displayed alongside prepared, dinner-savvy salsa, rice dishes and snackable smoked whitefish spread. A tank of live Maine lobsters nestles amidst display-worthy marinades, oils and dressings, while a frozen section features a slew of prime options such as Alaskan king crab, frog legs and oven-ready rolled, stuffed sole.
