Great Staff & Hangout!!. This is my fave gay bar in Chicago.

It's outside of Boys Town, which seems to allow a greater diversity in the crowd. Which is always a plus in my opinion.

The music is usually good. They sponsor softball teams, and dart league teams, & even buy pizza for both on Thursday nights!

This is predominately a gay male establishment so some ladies may find that there isn't a lot catered to them. However, every time I've been there the ladies I see seem to be having a good time too.

Overall, this is a great place to come on Fridays & Saturdays.

It tends to be more of a neighborhood bar during the week, and can get pretty slow.

Nice Staff!. I met up with friends at Jackhammer Bar on a Saturday night. I was the only female in there because it is a mens gay bar. I do have to say that the women's bathroom was amazingly awesome! The staff was nice and the bartenders kept buying me shots (maybe they felt bad for me because I was the only female). Overall, it seems pretty cool for gay men.
