Exceptional service. I love my VW Jetta. Beginning and ending each service visit, I continue to be pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism, respect for it's customers, and quality of service. After determining additional service time was necessary, I was OFFERED a loaner! The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and provides a work station for your laptop! The costs of repairs were competitive with quality service stations. I appreciate exceptional service - it's hard to find. Thank you!

offers drop off/pick up service and free loaners. Have had several excellent experiences with City VW, specifically a service manager named Conrad. Aside from oil changes and regularly scheduled service on my '02 Certified Pre Owned Passat, City VW found three factory recalls that two previous VW dealerships missed.

For me, City VW really is "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" I found an auto shop that doesn't jerk me around, makes it easy to work with, offers drop off/pick up service and free loaners...I am compelled to share!

Everything was very smooth.. I gave high ratings because I had a terrible experience at a different Mazda dealer. My sister lives in Evanston and I happened to be walking past the dealership. I decided to take my car and have them check it out. Diane was so nice. She and Carl immediately identified what was wrong with the car. I had two recalls on the car and I set up an appointment to have them repaired. Diane was very helpful. When I came to get my car everything was very smooth.

City volkswagen is a great place. City volkswagen is a great place. I have purchased two vehicles from them and the service so far has been extraordinary. I have received excellent customer service from all staff but especially from sales associate Kamila Labuda. She sold me my last car and I was ready to close the deal before she even began her sales routine. She is very charismatic and full of knowledge of Volkswagen products and services. When i purchased my car, she made me feel comfortable and never rushed me or try to sell me something I did not need. I would recommend anyone to utilize her for their car purchasing needs. After I bought the vehicle, she promptly followed up to see how everything was going. She is always enthusiastic about her job, which is buy I will surely buy from her in the future.f

the problem was fixed first time!. Upon leaving Chicago to return to Ohio , my check engine light came on and my "bug" was running rough. Although it was Pres. Day, they squeezed me in and checked it out, assuring me it was safe to drive home. If I lived in Chicago, this would be the service dept. I would go to! My daughter, who lives in Chicago, spent years trying to solve a problem with her "bug" at another VW dealership with no success. Upon taking it to City Volkswagon, the problem was fixed first time!

I am So happy. I have purchased from the Same Dealership and the Same Sales Rep Raul Tomsa even the same Vehicle, VW CC.

I am So happy with my purchase and I will Purchase again from Evanston AutoBarn From Raul Tomsa!

valued customer. Autobarn Evanston has always gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, both on the front end with car purchases as well as with continued service thereafter. I've purchased 5 vehicles from them and would recommend them to anyone looking to do so.They have competative pricing and trade-in values, wide reaching inventory access, friendly and accomodating staff, and most importantly people with a passion for Volkwagen products.I'll be back to see them for my next VW purchase for sure

highly recommend the dealership. I have been a customer of Autobarn for several years and have always found the service staff and mechanics to be first rate. i own a GTI and a Touareg TDI. Jason is always willing to go the extra mile to get things right- especially when it is a difficult issue. i had some problems with the turbos on the touareg and they went to bat for me and covered everything with VW. it was a complex problem that took time to diagnose. Marrat took the time to fix it correctly and completely while keeping me informed during the process. They even texted me regarding the updates on my car while it was in process. if you want a dealer that you can trust- yes hard to believe- call Autobarn VW in Evanston. i would highly recommend the dealership. I've owned many high end european brands and the best service i have gotten is from Autobarn in Evanston

fun time buying. I have bought 3 cars from Marty and will buy many more in the future. VWs sell themselves so Marty had an easy job with me but I enjoyed talking about cars with him. Autobarn is full of car enthusiasts

If you want to have a fun time buying a cafr and build a long lasting dealership, this is the place to go.....

Oh and I can't forget to mention the free car washes! I make sure to abuse that priviledge
