Best Dentist in the World. Dr. Cusack is a very caring and highly skilled dentist in the field of TMJ...he literally saved my life, as far as I'm concerned!! When nobody else would listen to my problems....he did......Dr. Cusack skills for making splints and treating TMJ, is nothing short of a miracle. I'm very happy and blessed that I found Dr. Cusack.....without his help, I don't know where I would be today....Thanks Dr. Cusack!!!!
