Schoops absolutley makes the best hamburger made. Hamburgers are made from fresh, hand formed beef. The burgers are large, flat and very tastey. Schoops is a small, but expanding chain of restaurants, with a limited menu..the only reson to go there is for the best hamburger you will ever experience. Once you have one you will be spoiled and will not want a hamburger from anywhere else.
