“Big, delicious burgers.”
Indiana transplant that flips burgers for every kind of joe in a colorful '50s-flashback setting..
In Short
This diner-style restaurant with black- and white-checked floors, red booths, an unmistakable cursive sign and distinctive meaty scent, brings in families in droves. While a few come for the hot dogs and grilled chicken sandwiches, the burgers are the main draw. The secret? Handmade, crispy-edged numbers in single, double and triple varieties with or without cheese. On the side, it's fries and cheese fries. For dessert, shakes and sundaes make mouths happy.
The King of Burgers. Schoops absolutley makes the best hamburger made. Hamburgers are made from fresh, hand formed beef. The burgers are large, flat and very tastey. Schoops is a small, but expanding chain of restaurants, with a limited menu..the only reson to go there is for the best hamburger you will ever experience. Once you have one you will be spoiled and will not want a hamburger from anywhere else.
yum!. you call in your order and 15 min. later your best hamburger is ready to enjoy!
three udders. I am a burger fan and have been a Shoop's fan for 10 years. The burgers are tasty and priced right.
Dinner and Lunch are Covered. Big, delicious burgers. We always have left overs for lunch the next day - and they are great heated! Yum! I really love the crispy-meaty edges they leave on the burgers. Yum! A ton of curly fries - we can never finsh them, but - Yum! And the Malted Milk shakes are great! Yum!
BYO Towel. Juicy, sloppy, belt-busting good! Bring your own wash cloth and towel to clean up after having Schoop's Special. Pair that with Onion Rings and you will be in heaven. Where else can you get a good Green River these days?
