3 Day Blinds is a horrible place to work and to buy from. I worked for 3 Day Blinds for over 7 years and was told that our store would be closing in a week. I was let go-lade off and signed a promisory letter stating I would receive a severance package. My last pay check was 2 weeks late and then it bounced. I was told there was nothing I could do about it because they claimed bankruptcy. They lade off almost all of their employees, promising them severance KNOWING they wouldn?t have to pay it because of the bankruptcy. My last day of work was October 15 and I was promised my severance money within 7 days. It is now Dec 12?guess what, I STILL haven?t seen anything including a letter. What a waste of a company. If they treat their employees like this, imagine how they are treating their customers!

I say stay away from 3 day. I had them come over for some blinds for my newly finished basement. I wanted just basic wood blinds for 4 windows. The prices were higher than I though they should be but I had a coupon for 20% off and I didn't have time to have someone else come out to measure my windows so I went with it. The salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable she told me it would take about a week. 4 weeks later I got by blinds but no one would install them. The sales person's explanation was that the company recently filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and the installers were not paid so she could not get anyone to install them for me. Finally I got my brother to do it but I paid almost $100 for installation and have yet to see a refund back on my credit card. Every time I call their customer service I get put on hold. Everyone there acts like it's their first day on the job. I wouldn't recommended this company. The blinds are ok but not worth what I paid for them I should have gone to Home Depot. :(

GREAT PRICES, GREAT PEOPLE. I BOUGHT MY ENTIRE HOUSE FULL OF BLINDS FROM 3 DAY BLINDS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE HELPFUL AND CARING. THE PRICES WERE AS LOW AS HOME DEPOT'S, BUT WITH BETTER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS. THEY USUALLY HAVE MONTHLY SALES LIKE FREE TOP DOWN/BOTTOM UP ON CELLULAR SHADES.
