Find another Florist!!! Ordered flowers for my mother in law for mothers day. Scheduled delivery for Friday before the day. They had not arrived on Saturday, so I tried to contact them. They were not answering calls and voicemail was full, so I emailed them. Still no flowers and no response on Monday, so I tried calling again. New voice message directed me to another email address. Emailed them again and asked for a refund. Got a response from David Lach saying I would be refunded. My credit card had not been credited 2 days later so I emailed again and David responded that credits take a few days to post. Still no credit Friday so I emailed again and again the next week and have never gotten any other responses. I have now contested the charges with my credit card company.
HORRENDOUS! Took my money and sent nothing!. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered 2 Mother's Day Bouquets that were NEVER delivered. Its now 13 days later and after HOUNDING them, they agreed to refund me, but STILL NO REFUND. Had to go to my bank and file fraud charges. The "david" guy will NEVER get on the phone, and they have some fishy gmail address for coorespondence. Not even a vaild business email address. Never in my life have I been this dissatisfied with a florist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK! They take your money and give you nothing in return.

Enchanted Florist doesn't deserve even a single "star." Where are the negative numbers?
I purchased a $50 coupon from Groupilicious. With Mother's Day around the corner, I thought I had a great deal.
Following all instructions carefully, I placed my order. The order came to $64.33, and with the $50 coupon, my credit card should have been billed $14.33.
The entire $64.33 was billed to my credit card. In addition, the Enchanted Florist billed an additional charge for $69.31. So, Enchanted Florist billed me $133.64 instead of $14.33.
Further, the flowers were never delivered!
Getting in touch with them is impossible. Answering machines direct you to other numbers. No one answers those numbers. Finally, after at least a dozen calls, I was promised they would deliver flowers to my mother today and promised they would call me back. No flowers, no telephone call. What a racket.
I'm hoping they will get this straightened out, but I'm beginning to think it's a scam. So disappointing.
I will be contacting Groupilicious and hope for some relief.
