Best used furniture store. For the past year I searched high and low for a chest. Not only were they expensive but not of very good quality. Fortunately, I decided at the spur of the moment, to go browsing around the neighborhood at the used furniture stores. To my amazement, there it was a beautiful cherry finished chest just what I have been looking for! I am still amazed by the quality and excellent deal.

Quality Used Furniture also give quality service!. In January of 2008 we had to close a relative's apartment in a limited amount of time. Years ago I had taught Danny Felix (owner of Quality Used Furniture) and some of his siblings in Jr. High Sch. I knew about his store but had never shopped there. Within a couple of days after I called and talked to his brother, Steve, two men drove their truck to the western suburb where the apartment was and they took much of the furniture. Since then we have received two checks representing 50% (the agreed upon percentage) of the sale price of that furniture which has already been sold at Danny's store. We so appreciate the fast, efficient, and dependable service we have received. And we have also noticed, during out times in the store, that that there are some really fine items for sale at very reasonable prices!

Spectacular Customer Service, Staff Great, will deliver. I was looking for a Knee hole desk and left my phone number and 4 or 5 weeks they called.. Several months ago I was visiting Richton Park and ran across a vintage furniture and consignment shop. I was looking for a mahogany knee hole desk and described it in great detail. A few weeks later, I received a call from Dan. He said he found a desk and thought it was just what I was looking for. He then emailed me pictures with a description and the measurements. I fell in love with it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was unable to pick the desk up for a few weeks since I lived out of town, however I gave him a credit card to hold it. I finally got back into town and picked the desk up, it was even better than I expected. The entire staff welcomed me and it felt like I had known them all of my lives. Anyway it?s a beautiful Sunday morning and I am sitting at home enjoying my desk.
