UNSATISFIED SAFELITE SOUTH HOLLAND CUSTOMER. I had the most disappointing experience with Safelite in SOUTH HOLLAND. They are the most dishonorable business people I have ever encountered. When you call their 800 number, they give you this script that they guarantee all of their work and before they even handle repairs, they make a determination if they can do it. Well, what amounted to a little damage that I wanted to repair to ensure that it would not get worse ended up spreading at the point from where they repaired ALL THE WAY ACROSS MY WINDSHIELD. When I called back the next day to explain what happened, I requested my money back. They refused saying they don't guarantee their work. WHAT? REALLY? But, I could apply what I already spent to replace the whole windshield for $500. REALLY? Sounds like a racket to me. Don't waste your time, money or energy dealing with such crooks! They are doing things to sabotage the repair in order to upsell you on what you never needed.

Yeah, they vacuum your car and wash the outside windows, but don't be fooled. Any company that does not guarantee their work, is not worth it. Particularly, the location in SOUTH HOLLAND is so unethical. Since when has a customer not been satisfied with the workmanship done and not received a refund? NO HONOR, NO INTEGRITY IS HOW THIS LOCATION OPERATES. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER WILL THEY GET ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY. If you do not want to be mishandled and disrespected, work hard for your money and want 100% of the value that you spend for quality work, then do not go to Safelite SOUTH HOLLAND. CROOKS!!!!!!!!!
