Very poor customer service. When I called for a pick up the man who answered the phone asked for my address. Since I don't like to give out my personal information when I don't need to I asked if that was necessary. His response was, "If you won't cooperate with me then I cannot take your order." When I said I wasn't asking for delivery, I'm asking for pick up, he said he'd have to call me back with a total, and then he hung up on me. I tried calling back a couple times with no answer. I was treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism. If you want good Rosati's Pizza, drive the extra the distance to the one in Naperville.
