Lunch Experience. Went for lunch 1/10/05 everything was great except for the food. Extremely sand laden sea food dish which came recommended by waiter.

The decor was very down scale. The place is small; arrive early, the place gets crowed. Service is excellent. Our server, Sandy, was very attentive, courteous and charming. The food was expensive but
well worth it! DELICIOUS!! The pros outweigh the cons.

The Food
Mexican food with an upscale twist. Fresh, moist tamales are filled with crab meat, and a grilled quesadilla comes with jalapeno goat cheese, mango and pine nuts. More goat cheese, this time in chipotle sauce, gives tender, grilled skirt steak an earthy tang; jumbo sauteed shrimp with sweet corn and peppers are fresh and flavorful, nestled in a sweet, smoky sauce over sweet corn risotto. Finish things off with the acclaimed chocolate mousse taco: a small, super-rich serving of thick chocolate ambrosia in an almond cookie taco shell (usually on the specials menu).
