DO NOT USE SEARS HOME DELIVERY. I ordered two queen box springs online. They could not get the delivery or order correct three times! Twins box springs and several missed delivery dates. I ended up using mattress discounters and save a whole alot of trouble, hardship and headaches. NEVER will I use Sears again for home delivery. The customer service reps totally incompetent!

Sears is horrible!!!. I ordered a treadmill from Sears. When it was delivered to my house, the delivery men sat in my front yard at 8:00 on a Saturday morning puttling it together. They had no idea what they were doing and consequently the treadmill was broken. I called Sears Home Delivery, they're horrible! It was finally aranged for a new treadmill to be delivered, but they kept calling to cancel their appointment. Finally I had "had it" so I went to the store and told them to just return it. The manager of the sporting goods section was very polite and he asked for one more chance. I picked another treadmill and signed up for home delivery once more. While I was waiting for my new "model" to be delivered Sears Home Delivery came back to my house to replace the broken treadmill. My mother told them that that was the wrong one and that I had officially returned it and picked a new one. They did not listen to her, all but forced their way into my house (3 big guys putting pressure on a little old lady), put the treadmill together in my living room, and guess what? That treadmill was broken too! I called Sears and told them that they needed to come pick up this treadmill, and they hung up on me! I went back to the sears that I bought it from and told the manager that I was done, they needed to come pick up the treadmill and I would shop elsewhere. They came and picked up the treadmill, but they left the charge on my credit card, so now I am being harassed on a daily basis for something that I no longer own. I have called the store and Sears credit and I am constantly hung up on. This store is definitely not what it used to be! I remodeled my kitchen and bought all of my appliances from them. I was a loyal Sears shopper, but now I will not even go in the store. Their standards have seriously taken a dive, and it will be a cold day in hell before I shop there again. If you are going to shop their use cash because with anything else they cannot be trusted.
