Huge portions. Greaty Pizza and Pasta. Portions are to large sometimes become intiminating. Everytime I pick up they are pretty much on time. Like every restraunt their are times I have to wait longer even though they told me 30 minutes. Over all the service is good, and the food is good.

Family-friendly restaurant serves up enormous portions of southern Italian favorites in a nostalgic setting.. In Short
Family-style portions and red-checkered tablecloths create a casual, congenial vibe, drawing families and large groups to this feast of Italian-American nostalgia set to a Sinatra soundtrack. The made-from-scratch menu is brimming with traditional dishes, from starters like fried calamari, Parmesan garlic bread and Tuscan-style mussels to spaghetti with meatballs and manicotti with chicken and spinach. For those with room to spare, a piece of sweet tiramisu and a strong cappuccino help finish the meal.

Be sure to make a reservation. We made a reservation for 7:30, and we're so glad we did. When we got there (granted, it was a saturday night), the place was packed. The hostess quoted people at a two hour wait. Once we were seated, the food was excellent. The server was very attentive, the portions were great as well. We split an entree and took home leftovers. Overall a good value for the money and will definitely visit again!

Would not go again! They should not call themselves as italian restaurant. Service was good but the food were not. We ordered 16 oz NY steak ($36) it was $36 mistake, you expect a juice, grilled steak but we ended up with pre cooked testeless steak, mozerella with marinara souce (2x2) fried cheese did not taste good at all, and shrimp with bread crums (stay away) testeless pool grown shrimp.

M-M-M-Maggiano's. Our family has loved Maggiano's in Oak Brook for a long time. The favorites are the spaghetti with plenty of the meat sauce and sausage, and the Caesar salad. The bread dipped in the oil and cheese saucer adds to the delight. Besides the great food, the atmosphere is wonderful.

Magic. Be prepared to take enough food home to last you a week when you go in here. From the appetizers (stuffed mushrooms) to the salad (with enough bleu cheese to make your brown eyes blue) to ht eentree (try the scallopini) to the dessert (need I say?) to the service (which need bow to none) it's just a great time. The martinis, with Frank and Dean serenading you, top off the evening. Some snobs may think otherwise but it's a wonderful trip.

Sham of a restaurant. What can I say about Maggiano's? Probably a lot, but its a waste of breath. Maggiano is nowhere near real Itallian cuisine and is a pure for profit-only feedbag where people believe they're eating fine cuisine. I went to OakBrook Maggiano's for my cousin's graduation party. First off, they didn't have a table ready for us, second they decmanded that we get the family style dinner as it would be to complicated for the waiter to keep track. They sat us at a table in theisle with no room for waiters to walk around us. There were not enough chairs or silverware: the waiter was so neglectful, we had to aquire these for ourselves. They were out of most of their dishes, what they did have resembled Cheff Boyarde. They were out of desert. My uncle paid a lot for this disgrace of a meal, and so did my stomach.

Awesome Oakbrook Eatery!. Maggiano's Little Italy Oakbrook, in Oakbrook Center Mall, was a near-perfect dining experience.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere wonderful.

My favorite things about Maggiano's is the large

portions, which taste equally great the next day,

the cheery moods of most of the employees (and

there's a lot of them) and the splendid piano bar,

which helps to make the long wait well worth it.

Venture to the mall - you can catch a movie, do

some shopping, and have a great Italian meal!

Italy re-visited. We have been to this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed in either the food or the service. We have been to Italy, and I haven't had anything there to eat that wasn't comparative or better at Maggiano's. We have always had a server that made the dining experience special. Our family's favorite place to gather.

Eat ANYWHERE else.. I, unfortunately, have been here a number of times and each time I promise myself I will never make myself go back. The service is horrible, the servers are rude and short and consistently act like you are putting them out by eating there. The food is mediocre at best not to mention overpriced. Skip the attitude and go somewhere else.
